But often, this is not easy to do alone. I can help. As a certified life coach and AWA Method facilitator, I use a combination of therapeutic writing and life coaching techniques to guide and inspire you.
Therapeutic writing is a powerful tool that encourages you to look at the stories that have shaped your life, reassess if they are still serving you well, and craft new stories for moving forward with confidence and joy.
Life coaching involves open dialogue, creating a practical plan of action to follow, and check-ins to keep you accountable and on track.
Whether you're dealing with divorce, retirement, empty nest, death of a loved one, or family caregiving, finding meaning in your life stories will help you to heal and grow.
